First… called several times with promises rep would get back to me and never did. Second… when I called again three eeeks later appt was made but when got to dealership Salesman of car I drive and bought 8/2024 said he had no knowledge of an appt. Thirdly, we bought a NEW car and your salesman and service dept kept saying it was a USED car and didn’t get two key/fobs…. Initially, two months after we bought car I had to call and call and insist finally on floor mats ( which should come with a new car or any car). Now, practically having to beg for a second key/ fob is ridiculous. We have bought our vehicles from Deacon Jones for the 42 years we’ve been married and this is first time I’ve been very disappointed.

First time to get oil changed, appt was at 1030, at 13 it still had not been started on so I left. Went back the following week with appt at 3. I think it was done around 430. If you don’t have enough lifts for the appts, stop making the appts. Employees in service were nice and apologetic. No complaints with them at all

The wait is so long to get your car looked at even with a appt. I live out of town so I can't be dropped off. I have to wait. I waited 3 hours with no updates. Finally had to go find someone to get update on car. Of course they claim to find nothing wrong with AC which I was told was under extended warranty and should cover but because they couldn't find anything I had to pay $196.70 for them to look at my car which nobody informed prior that I would have to pay. They suggest I come xt week and just leave car so they can drive to see if they can find anything. Again I live 40 minutes away and can't just drop my car off. Also the issue I'm having doesn't happen all the time so how are they going to figure it out. Needless to say this will be the last car I buy from Deacon Jones because the extended warranty seems to only be covered by them.

This was a pleasant experience. First of all, I went for an oil change. This was the cleanest oil change I have had out of the last 4 at gmc/chev. locations. Two of these were chevrolet locations in which it was a disaster at both. Continue to keep the undercarriage clean to prevent oil drippings onto my garage floor. Thanks to Kivan Rabago the technician.

For the third time my oil is over filled by atleast 1/2 a quart. my push pins were not put back into my ram air intake when they removed to check filter, the cabin air filter was put back in backwards, and they stripped out the airbox screw hole. if i didnt have to go there(because i bought the service package) i would not ever go there again. like i told the service manager friday, i bought the package so i didnt have to do anything to my vehicle, well turns out, everytime you people touch my car i have to drain excess oil or do something to it anyways. i work all day on million dollar vehicles and realy didnt want to have to work on my own. i came close, after my talk with service manager and the issues after my service, to just going and trading my car in on a ford.

My first visit for service with my new vehicle was confusing because I didn't know where to go or what to do. A salesperson directed me to the appropriate place. When I arrived, I tried to figure out where to go or whom to talk to, but there were no signs or information for new customers. I entered an office labeled "service," where a staff member was on the phone. I waited until he finished, then explained my purpose. He told me to wait at my vehicle for assistance. Despite three other people sitting at desks, no one approached me immediately. Eventually, someone came by and said he would assist me shortly. He took my keys and told me he would notify me when the work was done. I asked where I should wait, and he directed me to a waiting area. I waited for an hour and a half to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The experience would have been much better if there had been clearer directions from the beginning. Improving communication between staff and customers would enhance the process.

Did not like the texting update. It was never updated. I opted to have the cabin filter changed and the air system cleaned. I wouldn't have done it if a rep would have explained it to me. First, I gave 5 stars..I was pleased overall. There were 2 areas that I was disappointed in. 1) trying to sell services not needed. 2) the kids room waiting area is pitiful. I unexpectedly had to bring my 3 year old granddaughter. There were 3 books, 3 broken cars, 1 broken educational toy and 2 other small toddler toys. $50 at Walmart would get some new and safe toys for kids to play with. There was no way to adjust the TV sound or channels. It was hot in that room. Deacon Jones can do much better than this!!!

This was my 2nd visit to the service department. My 1st visit I had a 8am appointment for my first oil change service and a brake concern on my 2024 Silverado 2500hd. I dropped it off at the night drop box and with my instructions I requested to pick it up by 4pm. By 3pm I had not received a call about the findings of my service mainly the brake concerns. When greeted on the phone by the service agent they have any information of my visit and put me on hold for 8 mins. Come to find out my drop envelope with keys were still at the drop off area and my 8 am service appointment had not even been started. Keep in mind this was 3pm and I requested my truck back at 4pm and it had not even begun to get serviced. The agent profusely apologized and said they would ensure my oil change would be completed by 4pm but may need it longer to have the brakes checked out. I explained that I could not leave it which is why I made a 8am appointment, then it sat all day without being touched. What if I hadn’t have called how long would it have been ignored? After picking my truck up at 5 pm I told the advisor I would bring it back at a later date to have the brakes looked at. I made another appointment for this past Wednesday 07/16 at 8am to have the brakes examined for 2 concerns with the brakes. Again I dropped it off the night before at the drop box with instructions for the advisor to call me to explain to him what the brakes were doing. Later the next morning I had not heard anything so I called the dealership. You can imagine what was going thru my mind. This was about 9:30 am when I called and the advisor didn’t know anything about it because he had just gotten to work and it hadn’t been assigned to a technician yet. In my mind why do I bother to make an 8 o’clock appointment if they don’t honor it. So I proceeded to explain to him my brake issues and when it was happening. He said he would call later when the technician examined my brakes. Later, 6 pm to be exact, the advisor called and said the tech could not find the problem and asked if I could leave it till the next day. I expected this to happen so I had made plans for my wife to take me back and forth to my workplace. The next day exactly at 6 pm the advisor called and said the tech still couldn’t find anything wrong and could I leave it another day. The next day which was Friday I never received a call so this time I decided to wait until I heard from the service advisor. So, about 2:30 pm on Saturday I still had not heard anything from the dealership so I called to find out what was going on. When the advisor answered and I told him who I was he said oh I was just about to call you. The technician still couldn’t find anything wrong and after my many questions he asked would I to come down and take a ride with the technician and show him what is going on with my brakes. At this time my mind is about to explode I said to him what good is it going to be for me to ride with him if he can’t even find the problem himself. I said I will pick up my truck later in the day when I get off work. Also, keep in mind I work in a automotive shop and have been since 1978 so I know how it works but I’m not working on my own truck when it’s under warranty. Now do I need to take my business elsewhere, my last 2 trucks were bought from this dealer, or do I take it somewhere else and bill this dealer for the repairs? I anxiously wait for you reply. I went to have 2 tire pressure sensors installed and was shocked at how expensive my bill was. Oil change and tire rotation: didn’t adjust the tire pressures to reflect the recommended pressures. The front needs to be 10lbs lower than the rear, and the rear is now showing 10 less because the rotation of the front to the back. Then the service writer when we walked to the truck took pictures of scratches that happened while in service on the driver door and pillar, hasn’t contacted me for 3 days since it happened to figure out when they will fix the damages they created.

I made a appointment for 9:30 in the morning arrived on time and didn’t leave until 12:30.. for an oil change and 2 filters.. then to be told I needed a part that they would call me but my extended warranty would cover it, next day oops it’s not now it’s going to cost $800… extremely frustrating dealing with deacon jones. We will never go back and let me tell you when we bought our truck from them we also bought $9000 maintenance plan… we will eat that money just so we can have piece of mind of not getting screwed over by Deacon Jones ever again whether that be out of our time or money.

Purchased a 2023 GMC SIERRA DENALI ULTIMATE had the vehicle 1 day. Noticed service engine line. Diagnosed as a computer chip issue. Vehicle was kept for multiple weeks due to backorder on parts. No rental car offered during this time. When I picked up the vehicle, it was dirty from sitting outside. The vehicle had tree sap on the windshield and body of the truck.

From my initial approach from Logan Dosh (Salesperson) to the Sales Manager (Jay) to the Finance Office (J.T.) -- Being someone that had been a GSM over 20yrs ago at a large high volume Toyota store in the Washington, D.C. - It was a breath of fresh air to not be hurried and hassled. Logan being relatively young in the car sales arena; he was polite and courtsey throughout the whole process. I didn't come to the lot to look, I was there with a purpose and he picked up rather quickly that I knew the business inside and out all the while pointing out the features. Jay in a non intrusive way introduced himself and didn't overlay the typical pressure of SM. Basically, freely spoke and listened; which typically is not the mentality that you see at other local GMC dealers. Lastly, let me not forget J.T. in the F&I office - very polite, well mannered and spoke very clearly. While I usually don't purchase etended warranty - I did. One because the type of vehicle I purchased and the numbers of recalls General Motors has had over the course of the last few years. J.T. covered all aspects and while the overall cost wasn't really a concern he was understanding of my typical repurchase cycle and worked to find a plan that would cover my $90K investment. This is my 9th GM truck in 14 yrs - First from Deacon Jones, won't be my last. Thank you again for your kind and pleasant auto buying interaction! Regards Craig

There was a delay in beginning the work we were in for when the service rep found out that I did not have my wallet with me, meaning I did not have cash, card or checkbook. When I found this out, I immediately told him to get the work started and Deacon Jones would be paid. They did provide a shuttle to my bank and to pick up some lunch. It was like being treated as a second class citizen.

Our salesperson was George. He was awesome! He seamlessly took us through the whole process. We test drove, he gave us beverages while we waited. Everything went well until after we finalized everything and then found out vehicle had to be inspected and that took almost 2 hours of waiting. Had the truck in there a couple times for some body work and there were some things that needed to be corrected. Also they had a company install a new windshield and unfortunately they put two dents in my hood. They fixed it, and the other repairs look good to.
